d20pro Promo Video

Posted by Tintagel on March 12th, 2010

Here’s a promo video that I just put together for d20pro, a virtual tabletop software that I’m helping design.  We needed a sort of kiosk video to show at conventions and on our website.  Something catchy, fast, and energetic.

Be the Change: Lyrics

Posted by Tintagel on April 3rd, 2008

My wife asked me to find the lyrics to the song below, but I couldn’t find them published anywhere. This is my best attempt to transcribe the words. If anyone has found official lyrics, lemme know.

everywhere you look
you can write a book on what’s goin on
everyone you know’s got to reap what they sow
be it right or wrong

ghettos flood
there’s a hole up in the sky
oil and blood
tell me why oh why

terrorstruck, look at us
this isn’t what we planned
you gotta take a stand

<Chorus>
dont forget that pride always goes before fall
nobody’s free till there’s freedom for all
as you sow, so shall you reap
be the change that you want to see
oh yeah
be the change that you want to see

every now and then
you gotta bend to the way it is
but be that as it may
it’s not the way just cause they say it is
(just because they say it is)
on tv there’s just no reality
all I hear is me, me, me
what they sold, I’m not buying anymore
no more war

<Chorus>
dont forget that pride always goes before fall
nobody’s free till there’s freedom for all
as you sow, so shall you reap
be the change that you want to see
oh yeah
be the change that you want to see

yesterday heard you say
that theres nothing you can do
wonder if you’d feel the same
if it was happening to you

<Chorus>
dont forget that pride always goes before fall
nobody’s free till there’s freedom for all
as you sow, so shall you reap
be the change that you want to see
oh yeah
be the change that you want to see
right now
be the change that you want to see
see the changes start with you
be the change that you want to see

be the change that you want to see
be the change that you want to see
be the change that you want to see
be the change that you want to see
(repeat)

And here is the video. I’m hosting it here for my friends who can’t see it on Youtube. See more about Kat Edmonson on her myspace page:

Read a Book

Posted by Tintagel on September 8th, 2007

You know, kids today are sometime hard to reach. In fact, many of them seem only concerned with drugs, rims, drinking, and hip-hop. Well, maybe you should rethink HOW you phrase your message? Want them to read a book, or brush their teeth? Here’s how BET actually decided to reach out to youths. No joke.

** warning ** Explicit Lyrics.

This song was made by a guy for his daughter, who was having a hard time at work. The first song is the original, followed by a cool remix.

Oh, More info about Ray and the remixes of this song are here.

It’s not on the test
